Items will be shipped via fedex within three (3) business days*. Please ensure your phone number and shipping address are correct when you check out, as we ship the address you provide. Rinkside Reserve and the St. Louis Blues are not liable for items shipped to an incorrect address that was listed. 

Please contact gameused@stlblues.com if you have not received a tracking number within three (3) business days.

*Holiday weekdays are excluded.
